EU:lta merkittävä sijoitus fiksujen kaupunkien kestävään korjausrakentamiseen. 30 miljoonan euron EUGUGLE-projekti viitoittaa tietä noin 226 000 asuinneliömetrin kestävälle korjaukselle kuudessa Euroopan kaupungissa, joista yksi on Tampere.
